I use OneNote but you can use any Word processing program, just organize your files neatly into folders!

Thanks so much for this! I've been doing a crazy amount of planning for the comic I'm going to do, but actually starting it up eludes me.

This will be a great help when I finally feel secure enough in my plans to move on~

Ooo, neat; I've never heard of such a nifty lil' program like that! Would sure spare me the horror of making a bajillion separate text files and then having to fish through it all to find the info I want to edit or add to.
